These terms apply to a private data collection system ("the application") operated for the account owner's own use. It is not a public service. There are no user accounts and no registration.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. There are no uptime, support, or availability commitments.
The account owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application, including its integrations with third-party services, at any time and without notice.
The application's Google Drive integration is used only to back up its own data files to the account owner's Google Drive, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the account owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use or unavailability of the application.
